MERIDIAN CORRIDOR

Formed in 2004 by Steve Pittman and John Levinsohn with the goal of developing and investing in the best properties in Central Indiana, these partners have been involved in an assortment of successful projects ranging from office, retail, industrial, and residential.

The 10580 North Illinois Street property was identified as the number one corporate office campus/medical office park location on the Meridian Corridor north of I-465. Located directly west of the Heart Hospital on 106th and Illinois Street, this site has been approved for a 3-story 80,000 square foot building. It is anticipated that construction will begin in 2020.
